• Deposit:  $500 refundable Security Deposit and 50% of reservation rate due within 5 days of booking to confirm reservation.  Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival. 
• All rental rates, except for "Special Offer" are plus 12.42% Hawaii transient tax and $200 cleaning fee, and are subject to change.
• Sorry, Hale Kualua cannot accommodate more than 6 persons.
