We have been coming to Kauai for 18 years and during each trip we were always looking for that perfect property to call our own.  In March of 2005 we finally found the home we now call

 "Hale Kualua" (second home).   

 

It is our dream to someday semi-retire here.   In the meantime, we  look forward to

having family, friends and your referrals enjoy what we have come to love. 

 

Rates:

Hale Kualua town home, 3 bedroom, 3 bath

 

Rates per night, 1-6 persons 4-7 nights 8-25 nights
April 15-December 14 $175-195 $155-195
December 15 - April 14 $185-250 $165-250

 

Hale Kualua has a 4-night minimum stay. Rates do not include 11.4166% Hawaii taxes.

 Please call or email for special rates on stays of more than 25 nights.

Higher rates may  apply during holiday periods

Sorry, Hale Kualua cannot accommodate more than 6 persons.

Deposit                             

 

~A $500 security deposit, along

with 50% of your reservation rate  

is required within 10 days of

booking to confirm a reservation.

~If using a credit card through

Pal an additional 2.5% will be added to the total of your nights stay only.

 

~The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

~If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit less $75.

 

 

~If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked.
